Training Status

In ViaSay Chatbot, "Training" refers to the process of teaching the AI to recognize and understand different user intents based on provided training phrases. These phrases help the AI learn the patterns behind each intent, enabling it to respond more accurately in conversations.

Training time depends on factors like the number of intents, user actions, training phrases, and the AI version in use. During the training process in ViaSay Chatbot, the Training Status page shows various states:

  • Queued: The training request has been received and is waiting to begin.
  • Running: The training is actively in progress.
  • Completed: The training process has successfully finished.
  • Failed: The training encountered an error. The Details column will provide specific reasons for failure, such as insufficient training phrases or issues with linked entities.
