The Louis AI dashboard helps you understand how your AI copilot performs when it takes over customer conversations.


Key Metrics

  • Satisfaction Score: The average CSAT score given to Louis’s responses. After each AI message, users are prompted to rate the helpfulness of the answer.
  • Louis AI Involvement Count: Total number of conversations where Louis generated at least one AI response.
  • Louis AI Resolution Rate: Percentage of conversations resolved by Louis.
  • Louis AI Resolved Conversations: Total number of conversations considered successfully resolved by Louis.

What counts as a resolved conversation?

A conversation is marked as resolved when the user either:

  • Leaves a positive CSAT score, or
  • Leaves the chat without further questions and doesn’t request a ticket or LiveChat.
