Members

They are all the users with access to your bot. To invite a new user, use the "Invite members" button. The user will receive an invitation email with a link that either directs them to sign up or log in, depending on whether they already have a ViaSay account.

You can also revoke an invitation to prevents a pending user from completing the signup process or remove a user to restrict their access to your bot.

Roles Overview

Manager : Has full access to all features and settings.

Trainer : Has access to training-related sections like Labelling and Account settings.

Reader : View analytics and conversations but cannot make changes.
