Instance Name

Update the name of your instance. This name is displayed in the top-left menu.

Instance Description

An admin-only field to help categorize and identify bots within your workspace.

Instance Logo

Personalize your workspace by uploading your brand or bot logo.

Error messages

The message the bot sends after a technical error, the former Fallback text, is now set in Settings > Error messages, together with all the other error messages. See Error messages.
