Discover how to tailor Louis’s responses to reflect your brand’s identity, tone, and desired level of detail, giving you enhanced control over your AI Agent interactions.

Louis can be customized to embody your unique brand identity, preferred tone of voice, and answer length. Select from a range of tones - professional, friendly, humorous, and more - and choose whether you’d like his responses to be concise or more in-depth. These settings will be applied across all supported languages.


Company description


Your company description helps the bot understand your business, enabling more contextualized and accurate responses - as well as clearer follow-ups. Keep it concise and straightforward.


What to Include :

  • Company Name
  • Offerings: Describe the products or services you sell.
  • Target Audience: Specify who your customers are or which markets you serve.
  • Key Facts: Provide any relevant details

Tone of voice


To adjust the tone of voice used in Louis’s replies so that they align with your company’s preferred style, navigate to Build > Louis > Advanced > Personality.




You will have to select your preferred tone of voice :

  • Friendly: Warm, encouraging tone with positive language and genuine excitement.
  • Neutral: Balanced, straightforward approach using clear, objective language.
  • Professional: Polished and confident; use refined language, show expertise with empathy
  • Playful: Lighthearted and witty; use clever wordplay and maintain an entertaining vibe.

For a fully customized personality, including specific vocabulary or terminology preferences, use the Optional section to enrich your agent with more instructions for his communication style.

Exemples

  • Product names should always capitalized & branded → e.g., iPhone, MacBook Pro, Apple Watch (never “iphone” or “Macbook”).
  • Positive & seamless terminology → Uses words like “effortless,” “seamless,” and “magical” rather than “fast” or “advanced” to evoke emotion. Always use a positive & seamless terminology.
  • Always refer to “penalty fare” instead of using terms like “fine” or “ticket.”

Answer Lenght


To adjust the length of Louis’s replies, select the preferred answer length :

  • Concise : Providing brief yet informative responses (around 70 words)
  • Standard : Maintains a balance between detail and brevity for well-rounded answers (around 100 words)
  • Detailed : Offering more in-depth and comprehensive responses (around 150 words). This option may slightly increase the resolution rate.
