Creating a New Use Case

  1. To create a new use case, simply click the Create Use Case button and complete the form.

Adopting a consistent naming convention for your use cases is essential. The name you choose will appear in the use cases index, be searchable, and be referenced in analytics.

Example: If a use case is designed to address the question:

"I've lost my luggage at the airport. What do I need to do?"

  • Option 1: Use the full question as the name ❌

  • Option 2: Be concise: Lost and Found

  1. Define the goal that you want your customer to achieve through this use case. The goal you select will be mapped to a Use Case Type.

  2. Assigning a category to your use case improves organization and productivity. If the appropriate category doesn’t exist, you can either leave it blank or create a new category and then assign it to the use case. Use cases without a category are listed as "Uncategorized."

  3. Choose build interface: We offer two different build experiences:

    • Flow Builder: New build interface
    • Advanced Builder: Legacy (Not used for new Use Cases)
