  1. Trace: Accessible to Bot Managers, this feature provides detailed logs of bot interactions, helping to diagnose issues.
  2. Changelog: Displays recent product updates and allows users to send feedback.
  3. Documentation: Direct link to ViaSay Chatbot's documentation for guidance and support.
  4. Support/Bug Report: Enables users to report issues or request assistance, with the support team responding via email.
