Draft mode

Draft mode in ViaSay Chatbot enables you to safely make and test changes without affecting the live version. You can create or edit use cases and intents in a draft environment, and only publish the changes once you're satisfied. Before publishing, the "View Changes" feature lets you review all modifications. When ready, you can publish the draft, which updates the bot in production.

For minor edits, direct changes in production are possible, but major updates should go through Draft mode.

Usage & Automation

The combined Usage and Automation Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of bot performance and efficiency. It tracks user engagement metrics, such as the number of messages, conversations, and interaction types, while also evaluating the bot's ability to resolve queries independently. The dashboard highlights how effectively the bot manages sessions without human intervention, offering insights into both the volume and quality of user interactions, and the bot’s overall automation capabilities in handling conversations.
