Relationship to Use Cases

Louis is compatible with Use Cases (scripted scenarios).

When a message is received, the ViaSay SaaS Chatbot checks for potential matches within published use cases. If no use case is triggered, it then consults Louis for an answer.

The following priority is given to triggers:

  1. Filters
  2. NLP Intents
  3. Rule-Based Intents
  4. Louis
  5. Out of Scope & Misunderstanding
