Relationship to Use Cases

By default, Louis fires every time—unless you’ve configured dialogue flows (use cases) for specific intents; in that case, the corresponding use case will fire.

Louis is compatible with Use Cases (scripted scenarios).

The following priority is given to triggers:

1. Filters
2. NLP Intents
3. Rule-Based Intents
4. Louis
5. Out of Scope & Misunderstanding
