Steps are the atomic unit in ViaSay and represent every single action that your bot does, from printing default text to displaying images, calling APIs, running Jinja, calling Live Chat Handover or more.

Steps are located in the floating banner and represent different pieces of functionality for building your conversational experience. Steps are categorized under:

• Messages : to send a message to the user
• Actions : for handover, API call or data manipulation
• Logic : controls bot decision-making between different conversational flows
