• Documents carry a Title, Type (URL/PDF/TEXT/CSV), Source, Language, Status, and Last synchronization date.
• States decide whether a document is served at runtime: Live, Draft, or Archived.
• Filters (Search, Language, Status) scope both the list view and — for Language — the assistant's runtime retrieval.
• Bulk actions let you change state, re-synchronize, or delete up to 30 documents at a time.
