How to use it ?
- Open an Answer Step
- Go to the Advanced section
- Toggle “Enable Markdown”
- Write your message using Markdown syntax
Once enabled, Markdown formatting appears across all web widgets.
For WhatsApp and Messenger, Markdown follows each platform’s native rendering.
Why it matters?
With Markdown, you can now:
- Highlight key information (bold, italics, headers)
- Add clickable links directly inside messages
- Create lists, quotes, and structured responses
