🆕 ViaFlow Handover - File sharing in livechat

Agents can now send files to users directly from the ViaFlow Handover livechat interface, enabling seamless document sharing during conversations.

Note: File sharing is currently one-way (agent → user only); user-to-agent file uploads are not yet supported.

🐛 Bug Fixes

ViaFlow Handover - Agent join notification
Fixed a bug where the "An agent joined the chat" message was not consistently displayed when a human agent took over a conversation.

Louis - Knowledge Base default settings
Fixed a bug preventing default parameters from appearing in Louis > Advanced Settings > Knowledge Base > Default Tags.

🔧 Improvements

ViaFlow Channel - Error messages
Improved the clarity and accuracy of error messages when connecting the ViaFlow Channel, making it easier to diagnose and resolve configuration issues.
