UI Improvements & Bug Fixes

This release includes new user input settings, an improved document preview experience, and bug fixes.

Expand Prompt

A new feature allows users to expand prompt content directly from the interface. This enhancement improves readability and editing of complex prompts by providing more workspace area. Users can now expand prompt sections for better visibility of the complete content without constrained scrolling.

New Settings in User Input: Activate Markdown and AI Generated Label

Two new options are now available in the advanced settings for user inputs:

• Enable Markdown: Activates Markdown rendering in responses for rich formatting (lists, emphasis, code blocks)
• Enable "generated" label: Adds a visual label indicating that content is AI-generated

These settings provide more control over response presentation and transparency for end users.

Document preview

The document preview feature now opens the actual document content instead of navigating to the external URL. When users click on a document source from the knowledge base, they can now view the full document content directly within the ViaSay interface. This improvement provides a seamless reading experience without leaving the platform or opening external browser tabs.

Bug fixing

Two fixes have been implemented:

• Latency when clicking on Create Issue from a conversation has been reduced from 10 seconds to less than one second​
• UTF-8 encoding when sending body to external solutions (ViaFlow, Slack, Telegram) has been resolved
